Every Perfect Health patient has their own health care team, made up of a primary care doctor, a nurse, a social worker and a health coach.
Dr. Saravanan is a caring and innovative clinician, a passionate teacher and a meticulous researcher with deep experience improving the delivery of healthcare both in the United States and around the world. She received her undergraduate degree from George Washington University, then pursued a Master in Health Science from Johns Hopkins, then medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine. She did her residency in Internal Medicine, Primary Care at the Cambridge Hospital, and then did two fellowships at Harvard Medical School. Yamini is Staff Physician and Coordinator of Resident Service Learning at Cambridge Health Alliance. She has also served as a consultant to the World Health Organization, developing an innovative program to reduce stigma for individuals with epilepsy in El Salvador. She lives in Belmont with her husband and two children.
Dr. Picken is an experienced healthcare innovator who has worked in leadership positions in multi-specialty medical groups, health plans, and early stage healthcare companies. He received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College, and M.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. Harold did his Internal Medicine training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Tufts-New England Medical Center. After completing a Masters in Public Health in Health Policy and Management at Harvard School of Public Health, he has had diverse career serving in leadership positions in community hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, large medical groups, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Harold lives in Newton with his wife and triplet teenagers.
Nadja Chery is a highly skilled caregiver, an accomplished teacher, and a leader of nursing teams in a variety of community settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Regis College. She has worked in a number of hospitals in the Boston area, including Faulkner Hospital, where she was a charge nurse. At the acclaimed Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program she was a Nursing Supervisor and was most recently a Family Nurse Practitioner, managing care for complex patients. She served as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Massasoit Community College, supervising RN students in their clinical rotations. A native of Haiti, Nadja speaks fluent Haitian-Creole, as well as English and French. Nadja lives in Randolph Massachusetts with her husband and two children who are the driving force that push her to reach for the stars and make her capable of an enormous amount of compassion.

Dr. Perlis leads Perfect Health’s efforts to develop a comprehensive approach to mental health care that will become the cost and quality gold standard for behavioral health practices everywhere. As a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, Roy is an internationally-recognized expert in the treatment of mood and psychotic disorders. A gifted teacher, he has won awards for both clinical and research mentorship for residents and fellows. His research program at MGH focuses on developing better diagnostic tools and treatments – this contribution was recognized in 2011 by the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance’s annual research award. He previously served as Medical Director of the MGH Bipolar Disorder Program, one of the largest of its kind in the world. Roy received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Masters from the Harvard School of Public Health. He did his undergraduate work at Brown University. Roy lives in Cambridge with his wife and two children.
